Participation in the exhibition is free of charge. The design, construction, decoration and furnishing of the exhibition space (including furniture, displays, signs, etc.) are the sole responsibility and expense of the exhibitor, as well as any damage caused to the exhibition area of the Congress Hall during installation and dismantling.

Please, submit a presentation (visualization of your stand) of your company by November 24, 2025 to approve your participation in the IBW 2025 Expo.

The height of the stand (the "back" banner of the stand) is 3800 mm, the depth of the frame for the banner is 500 mm (for the service passage and additional weight of the banner structures);
The type of stand can be wall-mounted or island;
The stand should be equipped with a floor covering – carpet, laminate or other covering;
Use of "banner-beam" structures.
