RULES FOR THE USE OF MATERIALS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS WEEK 2025

1. General provisions

1.1. The present rules define the procedure and conditions for the use of information, news and other materials posted on the website https://ibw-bashkortostan.com /, owned by the Autonomous Non-profit Organization for the preparation and implementation of events for the development of international cooperation "Office Group" Convention Bureau of the Republic of Bashkortostan (hereinafter - ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau).

1.2. Any materials posted on the International Business Week 2025 website are subject to copyright. The rights of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau to these materials are protected by legislation on exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity.

1.3. The use of materials posted on the International Business Week 2025 website is allowed only with the written consent of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau. Free use of the materials is possible only in cases expressly provided for in clauses 2.2.1. – 2.2.3. of the present rules.

1.4. The present rules apply to the following users: news agencies, electronic and print media, individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

2. The use of materials. Types of usage

2.1. The use of materials is determined as reproduction, distribution, public display, broadcast, cable communication, translation, processing, making available to the public and other methods of use provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.2. Gratuitous use:

2.2.1. Any materials posted on the International Business Week 2025 website may be used without the written consent of the Bashkortostan Convention Bureau and free of charge, provided that the user is an individual and such use is solely for personal purposes.

2.2.2. The use of informational text materials posted on the International Business Week 2025 website by religious and charitable organizations, as well as any educational institutions, is possible free of charge only after receiving written permission (consent) from the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau.

2.2.3. News materials posted on the International Business Week 2025 website may be used by any User without the written permission of the ANO Bashkortostan Congress Bureau and free of charge, provided that these materials are not the main content of the product in which they are used, i.e., in addition to the news materials posted on the International Business Week website. By 2025, the User's resources must contain additional content (original content or content from other news resources that do not belong to the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau). In each case, Users are required to provide a link to the source and a hyperlink to the website from which the specified materials were borrowed.

2.2.4. Making any changes and/or additions to the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau, as well as any processing of materials is prohibited.

2.3. Other cases of usage:

2.3.1. The commercial use of the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau is carried out on the basis of contracts concluded in writing.

2.3.2. Any use of photos, graphics, videos, audio and other materials posted on the International Business Week 2025 website owned by the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau and other third parties is prohibited.

2.3.3. If it is necessary to use the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau, specified in clause 2.3.2. of these rules, owned by the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau, Users must obtain written permission (consent) for the use of such materials on a reimbursable basis from the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau.

2.3.4. The use of the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau, specified in clause 2.3.2. of these rules, to the extent and for purposes not provided for by the agreement between the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau and the User, as well as without an agreement is not allowed.

2.3.5. The cost of using each specific material is agreed upon by the parties on a case-by-case basis.

2.3.6. If there is a need to use the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau, specified in clause 2.3.2. of these rules, owned by third parties, Users are required to contact the copyright holders of such materials.

3. User responsibilities when using materials

3.1. When using the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau for any purpose other than personal, it is required to post a link to the International Business Week 2025 website:

3.1.1. 3.1.1. In printed publications or other forms on tangible media, Users are required to indicate the source website https://ibw-bashkortostan.com/ in each case of using the materials.

Users are required to post a hyperlink to the website https://ibw-bashkortostan.com/ in each case of using the materials on the Internet or in other forms of electronic use.

3.1.3. The link to the source or hyperlink specified in clauses 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 of the present rules must be placed by the User at the beginning of the text material used, as well as directly under the audio, video, photographic and graphic materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau.

3.1.4. The use of materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau obtained from secondary sources is possible only with reference to these sources.

3.2. When using the materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau it is not allowed to rewrite their original text. The reduction of the material is possible only if it does not lead to a distortion of its meaning. In this case, Users are solely responsible for distortion of the meaning of the materials.

3.3. When using information and news materials of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau, Users should not indicate the time of publication of information and news materials on their websites and in RSS distributions identical to or earlier than the time of their publication on the International Business Week 2025 website.

4. The ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau reserves the right to change these rules unilaterally at any time without notifying Users. Any changes will be posted on the International Business Week 2025 website. The changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the International Business Week 2025 website.

5. Liability for misuse of materials

5.1. Any misuse of the materials of the International Business Week 2025 website is a violation of the rights of the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau and/or third parties and entails criminal, civil and other liability provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. In the case of claims against the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau by any third parties whose rights have been violated by unlawful actions of the User, as well as receiving orders, warnings and other acts of authorized government authorities, involving the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau in the judicial process as a result due to illegal actions of the User, the User reimburses the ANO Bashkortostan Convention Bureau all losses caused thereby.
