At the panel discussion Digitization of Economic Sectors in the New Reality: Heading Digital Sovereignty of the International Business Week in Ufa, Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, Acting Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan told about the artificial intelligence-based dairy farm management system. This system is being developed in the republic today. The speaker announced the release of the novelty on the market next year.
What we will get next year - we put cameras on large industrial farms and every animal is under online observation. Our artificial intelligence, which we have not named it yet, determines the animal's standard and uses the cameras to record which animal does not meet this standard. AI determines the beginning of the disease in 3-4 days. It detects the disease based on the movements of the animal and warns the veterinarian, — said Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
Acting Deputy Minister says that the development will be the first comprehensive and best solution on the market. Specialists have studied everything on this subject in the world and found only separate elements. The Bashkir artificial intelligence will be able not only to look after the animals, but also to control lighting, ventilation, sanitary and epidemiological safety, etc.
However, agricultural cyberpunk does not threaten us yet — the Ministry of Agriculture is taking a balanced approach to the topic of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex. In particular, Ilshat Fazrakhmanov told about the most important problem of this sphere today - a dangerous abundance of auxiliary and controlling systems. The Minister of Agriculture explained: a kilogram of grain before reaching the elevator is entered into the information system Grain, grain processed into fodder and milk goes into the system Mercury, and at the dairy plant information is transferred to Honest SIGN DataMatrix to become a part of the information tax systems from the store. Every kilogram, every hectare, every liter of milk is accounted for by different applications that are not integrated with each other.
— This is already becoming a problem. There are a lot of them. Each farmer has about 20 applications and 20 personal accounts on his or her phone. Often, without a good accountant, a farmer has to fill in all 20 offices with all his work. This is good on the one hand - we have received many systems, but today it is time to unite them so that the farmer has only one entrance, for example, through the Portal of Government Services, explained Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
The fact that Bashkortostan is at the forefront of digitalization not only of agriculture, but also of the entire industry, was confirmed by Gennadiy Razumikin, Acting Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan. He attended the session via videoconference and in his speech he focused on measures to support the IT industry in the region.
— Regional companies have received almost 350 million rubles in soft loans since 2022. In addition, a significant measure of support are various grants that are provided to companies for the introduction of domestic IT-technologies. The leader in support is the republic agriculture. We can say that over the last 5 years our companies have received almost 400 million rubles of such grants, —
said Gennadiy Razumikin.
The Panel Discussion was also attended by Flyur Asadullin, Head of the Representative Office of the Republic of Bashkortostan under the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the People's Republic of China, Chen Xia, Chairperson of Shenzhen Saide Information Technology Co., Ltd., Yuliya Aksenova, Deputy CEO, Director for Relation with Corporate and Public Bodies, Rostelekom, Viktor Timoshin, CEO of Lexema LLC, Member of the Association for Development of Information Technologies of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Ruslan Shaimukhametov, Director of the Innovation Assistance Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The range of questions can literally amaze those who associate agriculture with pitchforks, felt boots and a dismantled tractor hulk on the outskirts of the village: a unified digital platform for beekeeping, automatic reporting for HR in the agro-industrial complex, off-budget support for high-tech agro-industrial startups and much more. The Panel Discussion Digitization of Economic Sectors in the New Reality: Heading Digital Sovereignty of the International Business Week very clearly showed with what incredible speed humanity is moving into the future. Traditionally the most archaic, slow and traditionalist sector of production is agriculture, but now it is at the peak of integration of high-tech digital systems.
